GGM Publishing has approved Google Checkout merchant status.
Shipping Policy
Once we have received your order, it will be processed and sent to you as quickly as possible - usually within two working days.
If you have paid for delivery via registered post / recorded delivery or special delivery, we will provide information on your Google Checkout account of the tracking number.
If you have opted for the book to be sent without any registered post, we post at your own risk and will not be able to supply you with a replacement order should it not reach you.
Orders for special next day delivery that are received after 2pm will not be sent until the next working day. Next day orders are only available Monday-Friday. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning.
Returns and Cancellations
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to GGM Publishing Ltd., PO BOX 979, Shrewsbury SY3 7XB within 7 days in the original packaging.
Returns will only be processed if the goods are in MINT condition with no marks, scratches or creases in the book or jacket.
Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs.
